To begin, create a swatch board by collecting things that attract you; color paint chips, clippings from a magazine, a simple piece of wood, fabric, photos, painting, sculpture, etc. Pay attention to textures, finishes and intricate details, they will play an important part in the overall finished design. Choose things that will create the intended mood in your room. Checkout the web for ideas, colors, fixtures, furniture, etc. and print out pictures. Once you have gathered your items attach them to a foam core board (available at art supply stores) and keep it where you will see it every day. Add and subtract as the mood dictates. When you're ready to go shopping take the board with you. You will be amazed at how much help it will be. There is unlimited help with interior design on the internet. Look around for help and ideas.

Colors
for the Design Tile Galleries
(Silhouette Images)
The colors below are Designers Choice Tile color creations and may or may not match any
other product color selection.
For best reselts use color contrast instead of color match when planning your design.

The color samples shown below work best on ceramic matte tile
and were selected for their compatibilities to each other giving the silhouette images depth and dimension, broadening the color scheme to be complementary to other color in your décor.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this web site. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
