All orders require payment before production begins. We carry NO inventory or STOCK ITEMS so all orders are considered custom. If you have any doubt to color or quality you should purchase a sample tile at regular unit price before placing your final order.

Acceptable Payment Methods

Cashiers Check, Business Check or Personal Check - Payment by check will delay production until funds have cleared. Returned checks will result in a $20 charge.

Returns and Cancellations
Once the order has been approved and payment made by the customer the order is subject to a 35% cancellation fee of the original invoice total. If the order has been shipped before notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a return and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to the cancellation fee.

Upon Delivery
SHIPPING DAMAGE: It is the customer's responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to Designers Choice Tile at 208-656-8804 during regular business hours. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE DAMAGED BOX OR PACKING MATERIALS. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All items should be inspected by the receiver for defects or damage. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns. We must be notified of all return claims within three (3) business days of delivery date of your order. You must call us first to obtain authorization for the return. We will give you instructions on how to ship the return. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipment to us without a confirmation. If you are instructed to ship your return prepaid, the items must be shipped back within three (3) business days and insured for its full value by the shipper. All items authorized for return must be returned in unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FOURTEEN (14) DAYS. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

No adjustment can be made once material has been installed.

We may offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
